Idencia OneSource: The Precast ScrapDown Challenge Extension - Dashboard and Report

How to use Idencia OneSource Gateway to view the new Production Dashboard and Scanned Items Inventory Report

There has been a new production dashboard and scanned items inventory report added to your system to give you real-time results of what you can expect if you become a customer of Idencia. This dashboard and report will show you data from items you tracked during the ScrapDown as well as the new tagged items.

Production Dashboard

1. On the left hand side of Idencia OneSource Gateway, locate the "Dashboards" tab.
2. At the top of the dashboard, you should see two tabs, click on the one labeled "Production Dashboard".
3. You can now see the Production Dashboard, it will show information on all items you've ever added including the items from the challenge.

Daily Production Chart

This shows you details of each item logged on a particular day by the Item Type.

Products

This shows you a list of all items in your system.

NCR Details

This shows you all of the Defect Details of products you've logged.

Shipments

This is where you would see which shipments are going out when and with what products.

RFID Tag Inventory

If you were to use RFID tags, then this gauge will show you how many you have left. For this example, it will show you how many more of the barcode labels we sent you are left.

How to Access the Scanned Items Inventory Report

1. On the left hand side of Idencia OneSource Gateway, locate the "Reports" tab.
   1. Please be sure to select the "Reports" tab and not the "Report" tab.
2. Click on "View" on the far right of the line item on this page.
3. The report will load and now you can access all of the report tools including printing or downloading.
