- Reduce your sync times by delaying the sync of photo and signature files.
Photos and signatures captured while completing a process can now be separated into an on-demand sync process. Photos and signature files can be quite large and take a lot of time to upload. If you do not need photos and signatures to appear in the management portal immediately, syncing them on-demand (during lunch or overnight, for example) can dramatically increase your syncing speeds throughout the day.
