To clear the data for your Idencia app, follow these steps:
Following these steps will clear all Idencia data from your mobile device! If you have unsynced data on your tablet that you cannot recreate, be sure to backup your database first!! You can find instructions for backing up your mobile database here.
- Open your mobile device Settings (not Idencia app settings).
- Select "Application" or "App Manager" or "Apps". If you don't see any of these options, look for the "General" section.
- Select the Idencia app.
- Tap Clear Data button (depending on your device, you may need to tap "Storage" first)
- Tap OK at any warning message
- Restart Idencia
The next time you login to the mobile application, the app will rebuild your mobile database.
