How to install the Idencia OneSource Connect app?

Learn how you can download and install the Idencia OneSource Connect app on your device

Idencia OneSource Connect is available on both iOS and Android devices.

Device Requirements

It is important that the mobile devices you are using are compatible with the current version of the Idencia OneSource Connect app.

Storage 128GB and up 64GB and up
Memory (RAM)* 6GB 4GB

*We recommend you use a device which has at least 6GB of RAM for most Idencia customers. If you take several pictures in your processes or create more than 100 items per day, we believe you would benefit from using an updated device with more RAM.

How To Install

Installing the Idencia OneSource Connect app is no different than installing any app on your device.

  1. Login to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for "Idencia OneSource Connect" in the app store.
  3. Click on the download button.
  4. Wait for the app to be installed on your device.
  5. Log into the Idencia OneSource Connect app.

First Time Login

There is one important step to the first time logging into the Idencia OneSource Connect app. This is also important to follow every time you log into the app, especially after any app updates released by Idencia. After you log in, click on "Sync". It may take some time to sync during the first time login, afterwards, syncs will take much less time.

How to Login

Ensure that you have login information provided by Idencia or your manager. The login credentials are the same for both Idencia OneSource Gateway and Idencia OneSource Connect.

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password button and you will be sent an email with additional steps.
