      Idencia OneSource Release Notes 01/21/25

      What is new in the most recent release of Idencia OneSource?

      Idencia OneSource Gateway (Management Portal)

      Document Module

      • Import documents up to 25MB in bulk at one time to Idencia OneSource Gateway
      • Store documents inside of Idencia in a wide variety of formats
      • Associate documents with item types or individual items for mark-up on mobile
      • Create folders to organize and easily navigate all of your files
      • Create bulk associations between imported files and item types

      Export Data in an Excel format

      • Export details about projects, item types, and items to a simple-to-read CSV format

      Bug Fixes and Updates

      • A new "Reports" menu option will appear as we prepare to launch a more accessible platform for reports
      • Picture warp distortion fixed for future pictures and signatures uploaded from Idencia OneSource Connect
      • Added option to hide date steps with "Default to Current Date" option selected
      • Allow for numeric and text values to be used to "Make Process Available When…" for processes that are marked as "available to existing items"
      • UI Updates

      Idencia OneSource Connect (Mobile App)

      Syncing Overhaul

      • If syncing fails you will now resume syncing from the last checkpoint reducing the time to complete sync in low-wifi environments
      • Clear messaging with last sync time only displaying the last completed sync time
      • Added messaging to inform the user when their syncing fails and they must resume/retry

      PDF Markup functionality

      • Mark up PDF drawings of items and item types during a process on Idencia OneSource Connect
        • Mark-up tools include a highlighter, pen, notes and pictures

      Share Feature

      • Share screenshots of your current screen directly through idencia using the share feature. Communicate directly with Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, text message and other communication platforms

      Bug Fixes

      • Users can now use a code to reset forgotten passwords in Idencia OneSource connect
      • Add to project step now has more robust functionality
      • Other minor fixes
