Overview
Idencia's Projects feature allows you to manage the production of project specific items all in one place. Using this feature, you can define the item types and quantities that will be produced for a specific project, and track the project's production progress.
Each project consists of a Project Name and Number, the Customer Name. Depending on your subscription, you may be able to create additional Custom Properties that will store all of the information you collect about each projects. For example, you may want to create project Custom Properties to store information like Delivery Address, Purchase Order Number, Invoice Number, and Notes.

After selecting a project number there are two views associated with each project (Example A and Example B)
Example A is a quick pop-out screen that provides a full overview of the project details. Example B provides the same information but expands it to a full-screen view. Custom Item Types
Custom Item Types are used to define the specific types of Items that will be produced for the project . Custom Item Types are exactly like Stock Item Types, but are project specific.
Custom Item Types can be created in two ways. You can use the New Item Type button to create a single Custom Item Type, or you can use the Import button to import as many Custom Item Types as you wish all at once.
