Understand what Idencia OneSource Connect is
Introduction
The Idencia OneSource Connect is the mobile app component to the Idencia OneSource system. The app is available for both iOS and Android systems.
The mobile app is where users are able to collect all of their production data and perform tasks including shipments or marking up drawings.

Understanding the home screen
The home screen of the app is where every user starts each time they sign in and launch the app. There are several key actions a user can take from this screen.
Sync
The Sync button is critical to success when collecting data on the mobile app. Each time a user logs in or goes to use the app, it is important to click on the Sync button. Any changes made in Idencia OneSource Gateway will be synced to the mobile app and any changes from the mobile app will be synced to Idencia OneSource Gateway.
Scan Tag
This opens up the process of scanning tags, either using a scanner or the mobile device’s built-in camera.
View List
This is where users can see all Incomplete Items or All Items that are in their Idencia OneSource system. If there were Items that needed to be continued on, this is where users will find them and be able to complete more processes.
Auto Generate
Use Auto Generate if you need to collect data but the Item does not already have a tag associated to it.
Ship Product
This is where users access the shipments that have been built in Idencia OneSource Gateway. They can select the shipment they are preparing and ensure the right products on getting onto the right shipment.
Customize home screen
Allows users to rearrange the buttons on their home screen. As we add more features to the mobile app, users will also be able to select which 4 actions are the ones they access the most.
Knowledge Base
This allows users to directly access and search the Idencia Knowledge Base.
Notification
This shows users all the notifications they have received.
Share
Share a screenshot of the page you are on. This is helpful if users are running into issues or need to share with their manager that a product was logged, a process complete, a shipment shipped and more.
Profile
Users are able to access the Settings of their mobile app, Switch Company, Logout or submit feedback.
Switch Company is only relevant if your user has access to more than one different database.
