To begin, set up all users in your Idencia OneSource system. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Log in to your Idencia account. You will receive instructions via email from "support@idencia.com" titled "Your Idencia Portal Account - Get Started Today!". This email will include your website URL, username, and an auto-generated password. Log in for the first time using the directions within this email.
If you do not have this email please check your spam folders. If you still can not find the email, no worries! Navigate to app.idencia.net/login and click Forgot Password? to get started. Enter the email address you signed up for The Precast ScrapDown Challenge with. This will send you instructions to reset your password and log in for the first time.
Step 2: Change your password to something you can remember: The password you use on the web-based portal is the same password you will use to log in to the mobile app (Idencia OneSource Connect). If you would like to change your password to be something easier to remember, you can reset your password by clicking on your profile at the top right of the website.

Create accounts in Idencia OneSource for each worker
Step 3: Create all additional users. Once you have logged into OneSource Gateway, navigate over to the left-hand menu and select Setup. This will expand more options, click on Users to navigate to the proper screen.
On this screen, you will see everyone who has access to your OneSource account. Click the +Add New User button in the top right of the screen to add another user. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can enter the email, name, and access level of the users you are creating.
We recommend giving all users Plant worker level access; you can always increase permissions later. Plant worker access level users can view all data on OneSource Gateway and enter data on OneSource Connect.
Ensure that their email address is valid and can receive mail. If not the user will not be able to receive their initial password to log in.

Install our mobile app: Idenica OneSource Connect
Step 4: Install Idencia OneSource Connect. The primary way to collect data with Idencia OneSource is on our mobile app. You can install the mobile app from the Google Play Store on Android Tablets and Phones (including the Galaxy series phones and tablets, Google Pixel, and OnePlus phones) and the Apple App Store on iPhones and iPads including the iPad mini.
Once the app is installed, open it and log in using the same credentials you would for the Idencia OneSource website. Once all users who will be participating in the challenge for your plant have completed this step, you are ready to move on.
